Please complete the following form in order to let us know whether you will be around and would like to participate in the summer classes. If we have enough interest we will get this booked in. You can also register your preference for the Autumn term class times on the next page. In order to get everything organised, we ask that you kindly submit the form at your earliest convenience, or by Friday 10th July. If you have more than one child at Gyodokan, you can use the same form for both children.
